Why Doesn't Rudia Gantt Require Sign-Up?
Unlike other services, Rudia Online Gantt has no 'sign-up' or 'login' features. This is due to a firm privacy philosophy: we will absolutely never store a user's sensitive project data or a company's confidential schedule data on a third-party cloud server. Although it runs on a web browser, all data processing takes place solely in your PC's local environment.

Utilizing the Powerful and Lightweight JSON Format
Then how can you save your work data and continue the next day? The answer is the JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) file Export/Import feature. JSON is a lightweight standard text data format that is easy for both humans and computers to read.

| Export JSON | Click the [Export] button on the top toolbar and select JSON format. All tasks, colors, dependency arrows, and holiday settings currently drawn on the canvas will be compressed into a single .json file and saved to your PC's download folder. |
| Import JSON | When starting work the next day, access the website, click the [Import] button, and load the .json file you saved yesterday. Within 0.1 seconds, the screen you were working on yesterday is perfectly restored down to the last pixel. |
Tips for Sharing JSON Files for Collaboration
Although it does not provide a cloud server-based real-time simultaneous editing feature, excellent collaboration is possible simply by sending this small JSON file to team members via company messenger (Slack, Teams, etc.) or email. Team members only need to import the received JSON file into Rudia Gantt, and they can immediately pop up the exact same schedule and conduct a meeting.
